Pilot Mobimiles with Erasmus MC (EN)
In the coming months, Mobility Lab participant Mobimiles will work to reward sustainable travel behaviour among Erasmus MC employees.
The Timmerhuis, a multifunctional building including apartments, offices and retail spaces in the center of Rotterdam, has been nominated for the 2018 Job Dura Prize. The Job Dura Fund Foundation supports and stimulates initiatives that sustainably innovate and help flourish the built environment of large Rotterdam. At the beginning of this year, the Timmerhuis was Juuve-fied.
People who live or work in the building no longer need their own car. Via an app, they can simply open an electric Juuve car (which means they no longer need car keys at all) and pay per kilometer and per minute. The cars are tied to the location and are therefore part of the building itself.
Juuve joined Mobility Lab as a startup in 2017. Since the Timmerhuis project, the company has been busy integrating shared mobility in even more buildings and neighbourhoods.
