Studio RAP is developing an algorithm based on which a public transport location can be converted into a hub (a central location from which different modes of transport can be used). Studio RAP will conduct a design study with the Province of Noord-Brabant into the Lage Zwaluwe station. For example, they want to investigate what happens to the attractiveness of this public transport point when an upgrade is made in terms of comfort and appearance.

Last Friday the pilot started with Amber’s electric shared cars. The BMW i3s are offered on the Rachelsmolen campus (Eindhoven) and the Stappegoor campus (Tilburg) for employees who need a car to go to work appointments.

RLG makes a sustainable finish for roads and bicycle paths, using recycled glass instead of crushed stone. The product will be tested in the Dura Vermeer laboratory in the near future, after which it can be used in large-scale maintenance contracts that Dura has.
